The ingredients needed to prepare Mexican rice:
- Prepare 1.5 cups of Basmati rice -.
- Take 0.5 tablespoon of Cumin powder -.
- You need of Carrot.
- Provide of Green pepper.
- Prepare of Red pepper.
- You need of Scotch bonnet(optional).
- Take of Sweet corn or yellow pepper.
- Provide of Green peas.
- You need 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Instructions to make Mexican rice:
- Wash your rice and drain out the water.
