- Get 1/4 cup of chana dal.
- Take 1/4 cup of moong dal.
- Use 1/4 cup of Urad dal.
- Provide 1/4 cup of Bengal gram.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of toor dal.
- Use 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- Take 2 tsp of ginger garlic.

- Wash and soaked all lentils for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Drain water from the lentils.
- Add lentils to a blender jar.
- Sprinkle the water little,and grind the ingredients to form smoothpaste.
- Add other ingredients except water and oil again crushed the ingredients with the paste.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Take small balls in a hand, make the flattened like structure.
- Move the vadas in to the hot oil.
- Flip the otherside and fry it untill golden brown colour.
