  3. Take oil in a pan (2 spoons) stir fry all spices one by one & Then add onions & ginger..
  4. Then when onions become translucent then add tomatoes & stir Then till they are soft Then add cashews & magaj Allow the mixture to cool..
  5. Now take a mixture jar and make red Chilli paste The red chilies which we had boiled remove from water & add in mixie & add garlic & make a smooth paste..
  6. Then onion & tomato mixture which we had stir fry in a pan put it in mixture jar & make a fine paste..
  7. Add four spoons of oil to pan & stir all veggies one by one First stir fry paneer, then potatoes & cauliflower, then French beans, carrots & green peas Stir them on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes till they are partially cooked..
  8. Now take this veggie in a bowl & y aside Take 3 spoons of oil & 1 spoon Amul butter in a pan & add cumin seeds then tej Patta & Then put capsicum in it Stir it continuously till capsicum is cooked..
  9. Now add dry red Chilli paste in this & stir it to oil ozoosez out from it Then add red Chilli powder, haldi powder, dhania jeera powder & kitchen king masala Stir it for few seconds then add onion & tomato paste to it..
  10. Now when oil is separated from the mixture add all stir fry veggies in it & stir for again two minutes..
  11. Then add coriander in it & 1 cup hot water In it & stir it properly & simmer the sabji for 10 to 15 minutes by closing the lid on..
  12. Now mix it properly & adjust the consistency If it is very thick then add hot water to it & make tadka For it heats two spoons of butter and one spoon of oil in a tadka pan Add two dry red Chilli, Kashmiri red Chilli powder (1/2 spoon) & chopped coriander & add this tadka to prepared sabji Mix it well..
  13. Now your veg kolhapuri sabji is ready to serve I have served it with onions, paratha & roasted papad It's a very yummy recipe .
